Bluenose Golf Club (BGC) – Membership & Related Fees Refund Policy

 

Refunds of membership and related fees*

 

Refunds of membership and related fees will be considered for medical or location transfer reasons and other special circumstances at the discretion of the Board of BGC. Refund amounts will be calculated by using the timelines noted below:

 

• Before April 23rd – 100%

• Between April 24th and May 31st – 75%

• Between June 1st and July 15th – 50%

• Between July 16th and August 31st – 25%

• After August 31st – NO Refunds/Credits will be issued

 

NOTE: The refund amount will be based on the date the General Manager is informed, in writing (email is acceptable), of the injury or relocation. The date the General Manager is informed (not the date of the last round of golf played) will be used to calculate the refund amount based on the table above. If the pro-rata portion of member’s “Clubhouse food and beverage minimum spend” is underspent that underspent amount will be deducted from any refund due. Should the member have a personal cart that cart must be removed from the club prior to the refund being issued.

 

* Related fees include any of the following fees paid by the member seeking a refund:

- driving range

- club storage

- club cleaning

- locker

- personal cart trail fees

- seasonal power cart rental.
